Processing Time

All orders require processing time before shipment.

  • Standard processing time: 5-7 business days

  • Custom wigs or specialty units: Depends on unit

  • Processing does not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Time

Shipping time begins after processing is complete.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Standard Shipping:5-7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Delays

Janaeco Hair is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)

  • Weather conditions

  • Holidays

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.


Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost packages.

  • Reshipping fees will apply if the package is returned to us.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Janaeco Hair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:

  1. Contact the shipping carrier directly.

  2. File a claim with the carrier if necessary.


Order Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect in the carrier’s system.
